NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES
MARKET ACT

Nordea Bank AB (publ.)(business ID: 516406-0120) has informed Satama Interactive
Plc today that its Finnish subsidiary Nordea Bank Finland Plc (1680235-8) has
bought 1,450,000 shares in Satama Interactive Plc on February 13, 2007 and
consequently its holding of Satama Interactive Plc shares and voting rights has
exceeded 1/10. Nordea Bank Finland now owns 5,169,036 shares in Satama
Interactive Plc, which represents 12,65 per cent of the share capital and voting
rights.

The shares Nordea Bank Finland Plc purchased in Satama Interactive Plc are
related to forward trading agreements which mature on June and December of 2007.
When the forward trading agreements have matured in June, Nordea Bank Finland's
share of Satama's share capital and voting rights will be less than 1/10, and
when the forward trading agreements have matured in December,   Nordea Bank
Finland's holding of Satama's share capital and voting rights will decline to
under 1/20.
