RSM EquiCo Capital Markets Leads Negotiations As Wire Forms, Inc. Contributes Display Source Operating Assets and Liabilities Into Newly Formed Joint Venture

CHICAGO, June 15, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Wire Forms, Inc., a general partner of Display Source Design & Factory Ltd, contributed the operating assets and liabilities of Display Source into a newly formed joint venture called Display Source Alliance. Also participating in the creation of the joint venture was Rock-Tenn Co., a NYSE-listed company that contributed the operating assets and liabilities of the Athena permanent point-of-purchase unit of its Alliance POP division.

Transaction terms were not disclosed; however, the shareholders of Wire Forms received a liquidity distribution in conjunction with the formation of the venture.

RSM EquiCo Capital Markets initiated the transaction, led the negotiations and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Wire Forms, Inc.

"Display Source Alliance creates a larger, more capable firm in the permanent POP industry by combining the complementary strategic advantages of Display Source's foreign supply chain and product fulfillment capabilities with Alliance's nationwide sales organization, which has extensive relationships with most major domestic and multinational packaged goods manufacturers," said Brian Boyle, managing director of RSM EquiCo Capital Markets and head of the firm's Chicago office.
