MetaPower International, Inc. to Post Financial Results for 2006 On PinkSheets.com

LAS VEGAS, June 21, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- MetaPower International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MTPW) announced today that the Company is planning to post its unaudited financial reports for the fiscal year end 2006 before the end of the second quarter of this year. This information will represent the performance of MetaPower LLC, which was acquired by MetaPower International's predecessor company in April of 2007. Some of the customers MetaPower LLC was working with in 2006 include United Space Alliance and Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Company.

In 2006, the Company focused its attention on developing Version 3.0 of its UCoDA Business Process Management Engine. UCoDA is a patented Business Process Management Technology designed to optimize the deployment of business processes. UCoDA Version 3.0 is the culmination of three years of work and the first time that the Company has been able to address the architecture of the software from top to bottom. The upgrade is based on the Company's clients' need to manage more complex business processes. The incorporation of this capability required the Company to rethink the way business objects were specified in the UCoDA Work Bench and ultimately the way they were handled in the UCoDA Client and the UCoDA Engine.

"The numbers will reflect MetaPower's development of Version 3.0 of the UCoDA product and delivering an application to a major client in 2006. UCoDA Version 3.0 is a major asset and is a primary reason we acquired the Company. UCoDA is a major break through in Business Process Management Technology and we expect to leverage it so MetaPower International becomes a major player in this marketplace," stated Ken Allen, CEO of MetaPower International, Inc.
