Harsco's Huennebeck Division to Provide Construction Scaffolding for One of Poland's Tallest Buildings

Prestigious Order Underscores Harsco's Growing Eastern Europe Presence

HARRISBURG, Pa., July 11, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Worldwide industrial services company Harsco Corporation (NYSE:HSC) announced today that its Huennebeck division has been awarded a prestigious new order to provide 30,000 square meters (nearly 325,000 square feet) of rental scaffolding over the next 18 months for the construction of the new Sea Towers office and apartment complex, a dramatic new high-rise which will become Poland's tallest building outside Warsaw. Terms of the order were not disclosed.

Sea Towers will stand as a major new commercial and residential landmark on the Polish coastline at Gdynia, an important seaport on Gdansk Bay on the south coast of the Baltic Sea. The building consists of two high-rise towers linked through a connecting passageway, with the taller of the two towers reaching approximately 138 meters (450 feet) in height. Its top floor will offer a panoramic viewing terrace for residents and their guests.

The prestigious order underscores Harsco's strengthening presence as one of the leading access services and rental equipment suppliers within the growing Eastern Europe construction and infrastructure sectors, where new construction and revitalization projects have helped contribute to record-setting performance by the Company's worldwide Access Services business group.
