Viking Systems, Inc. Gives Top Canadian Medical Distributor Exclusive Rights to Sell 3Di Vision Systems in Canada


SAN DIEGO, Aug. 30, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Viking Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:VKSY), a designer, manufacturer and marketer of high-performance laparoscopic vision systems for use in minimally invasive surgical (MIS) procedures, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Coherent-AMT to market Viking's 3Di Vision Systems throughout Canada.

Coherent-AMT has been a medical distributor of innovative technology solutions since 1990 and has earned a superior reputation for its dedication to the Canadian health care community (hospitals and clinics) within the aesthetic, ophthalmic and surgical marketplaces.
