Grayling Wireless Updates Operating Divisions

Sentai Software On Pace for $1.3 Million EBITDA

CALGARY, Alberta, Sept. 6, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Grayling Wireless USA, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GRYW) is pleased to provide an update on its three operating divisions.

Radio Communications Division

ClearCalm Advantage-S has undergone many months of thorough field evaluations, at numerous locations, under "live" conditions. The feedback from these evaluations has provided us with invaluable data in order to optimize system performance and to provide functionality enhancements. This process is now complete and we are fully focused on sales. In addition, we are well down the path of transitioning ClearCalm assembly and testing operations to our Stone Mountain facility in Virginia. We forecast substantial cost savings and efficiencies resulting from this move. Stone Mountain continues to perform well with its suite of Land Mobile Radio Accessories, a significant proportion of which are sold to police departments. The company is aggressively expanding its distribution network for ClearCalm and Stone Mountain products throughout North America.

Software Division

Sentai Software has produced another solid year and is on pace to deliver approximately $1.3 million EBITDA (unaudited) for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007.

GPS Communications Division

The company's GPS Communications Division, based in Gabarone, Botswana, has gone through many months of exhaustive field trials for its new fleet management/vehicle tracking system. Orders have been received and installations are underway in both the Fleet Management and Stolen Vehicle Location segments. The company is confident that invaluable information received through the field trials has now resulted in a solid product/service offering for the Botswana market and the focus is now entirely on sales and marketing.

Grayling CEO Jeff Love said, "We wanted to take this opportunity to bring everyone up to date with our business operations. We are making significant headway and we know that it will be reflected in our bottom line. As part of our business plan, we will be taking a more proactive communications approach and we will be commenting on each of our divisions in more detail in the coming weeks ahead."
