HealthSport Announces Expanded Retail Distribution of Enlyten SportStrips

Dick's Sporting Goods to Add Electrolyte Strips to Store Shelves in Ohio and Kentucky

AMHERST, N.Y., Sept. 25, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- HealthSport, Inc. (OTCBB:HSPO), announced today that the Enlyten(tm) SportStrips(tm) will be available in Dick's Sporting Goods in Ohio and Kentucky. HealthSport recently announced a partnership with the retail giant, as the first in-store retailer to distribute the electrolyte replenishment product starting in select retail outlets in Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania. As the unique delivery system quickly gains attention across the country, Dick's has agreed to distribute the SportStrips in additional stores in Ohio and Kentucky, starting September 28th.

"Dick's has delivered good sales results since carrying the product in upstate New York and we'd like to see that momentum continue as they expand their distribution to Ohio and Kentucky," said Gary Thomas, Vice President of Sales for Enlyten, Inc. "Dick's is one of the leaders in the sporting goods retail industry and we are pleased that our product is being offered in their stores along side such high quality products for all sports and fitness enthusiasts. We believe that this partnership offers endless marketing opportunities to attract new customers, as we look to expand distribution on the Enlyten SportStrips to more markets across the country."

Enlyten SportStrips replace the electrolytes lost during vigorous workouts through a proprietary delivery system. This mode of absorption is very different from all electrolyte delivery predecessors. When placed between the cheek and gum, gastric absorption is bypassed, speeding higher levels of electrolytes directly into the bloodstream. Not only does it dramatically improve hydration on a cellular level, but it also helps athletes to avoid the problems caused by excessive fluid consumption which is often associated with sports drinks. Known scientifically to be an extremely fast and efficient way to deliver drug actives into the bloodstream, buccal absorption bypasses the inherent drawbacks of gastric absorption, an Achilles heel for many athletes who struggle with fatigue, cramping and hydration issues.

Enlyten's commitment to educating athletes about the benefits of electrolyte replenishment and hydration continues to be a driving force in their marketing campaigns. Buffalo Bills starting quarterback JP Losman, NFL 2006 Defensive Player of the Year Jason Taylor of the Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Sabres All-Star Goalie Ryan Miller, Olympic Soccer Medalist Brandi Chastain, top U.S. marathon runner Peter Gilmore and Hall of Fame Quarterback, Jim Kelly have all joined the Enlyten team to promote the importance of hydration and replenishment. In March, Enlyten announced their first NFL sponsorship agreement with the Buffalo Bills.
