Boutique Investment Banking Firm Marlin & Associates Adds Former PwC Associate


NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - September 28, 2007) - Marlin & Associates (M&A), the New York and Washington, DC-based investment boutique banking advisory and consulting firm, today announced that Brian Siebenburgen has joined the firm from PricewaterhouseCoopers' Financial Due Diligence group, where he worked as a buy-side advisor to private equity and corporate clients on both small and large transactions. Among his more recent assignments, Brian worked with the team that supported Cerberus on several transactions, including the purchase of Chrysler Corporation. His other clients included Bell Canada and the hedge fund Och-Ziff.

Brian also worked for the Cincinnati Reds and for Delta AirElite Business Jets. Brian earned his BS in Finance and Accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He has passed Level 1 of the CFA exam and has passed the exam to be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
