SATAMA INTERACTIVE PLC HAS PUBLISHED A MERGER PROSPECTUS ON THE TRAINERS' HOUSE
OY'S PROPOSED MERGER TO SATAMA 

Satama Interactive Plc's prospectus on the proposed merger of Trainers' House
to Satama Interactive Oyj has today been published. 

The prospectus includes unaudited pro forma consolidated income statements
(IFRS) of Satama and Trainers' House for the financial year 2006 and for the
period 1 January - 30 June 2007 as well as Pro forma balance sheet (IFRS) as of
30 June 2007. The prospectus also includes Trainers' House's income statement
(FAS) for the period 1 January - 30 September 2007 as well as balance sheet
(FAS) as of 30 September 2007. 

Satama has published in the stock exchange release on 29 August 2007 key
information relating to the Pro forma balance sheet and income statement, and
on 25 October 2007 the key income statement figures of Trainers' House as of 30
September 2007 in connection with the publication of Satama's Q3/2007 interim
report. 

The prospectus will be available as of 29 October 2007. The prospectus will be
