Oriens to Offer Exclusive Guided Tours to China

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 27, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Oriens Travel & Hotel Management Corp. ("Oriens") (Pink Sheets:OTHM) (http://www.orienscorp.com), a Travel and Hotel Management Company, operating online travel site 128trip (www.128trip.com) and hotel management subsidiary Hotel Pure (www.HotelPure.com), is pleased to announce an agreement has been signed with a state-owned Republic of China corporation, to offer exclusive guided English-speaking tours to various tourist destinations in China.

The package trips will be available through 128trip.com and will include tours to established tourist destinations throughout Southeast Asia and new travel experiences are in the planning stages which in the future will partner resources with Hotel Pure licensees. These experiences will initially place the emphasis on destinations in the Peoples Republic of China, with guided English-speaking tours being offered to North American and European travelers. Tour package details and other information have been received by 128trip.com and the completion of these integrations will be made over the next 6 weeks. On completion of the integration, travelers may book tours into China online, in real time.

Oriens' goal is to offer quality experiences and trouble free tours to experience the wonders of China's ancient sites. Today, thousands of tours are available for booking when visiting China, with the tours generally priced very inexpensively in comparison to visiting in other regions of the World. It would appear that in part, the pricing of the tours usually requires the operators to deal with corporate retail sponsors, who wish to have a captive public transported to their retail operations. Accordingly, the traveling public usually ends up spending more time at retail outlets than actually seeing the designated site locations. Oriens' strategy is to emphasize that the travel experience will be highlighted by choosing the hosted tour.

Oriens affiliates in China have been actively hosting tours for the past 20 years and have experienced very little negative input from the traveling public. Given these results, Oriens feels very comfortable in completing a partnership relationship with the hosting company.

Ken Chua, President and CEO of Oriens, comments, "Another milestone has been achieved by our management team, who have been working very hard to meet our internal timelines. Oriens is growing everyday under our eyes with phenomenal speed and our management team has met every timeline the company has set for them, in some cases achieving individual tasks ahead of schedule. Given the current achievements, I believe the company appears to be approximately 12 months ahead of the initial business plan schedule."
