Trainers' House Plc has received on 2 January 2008 the following notifications of change in ownership. Both notifications are related to the completion of the merger between Satama Interactive Plc and Trainers' House Oy, announced on 2 January 2008. Jari Sarasvuo Jari Sarasvuo's and Isildur Oy's, which is a company controlled by Mr. Sarasvuo, aggregate holding in Trainers' House Plc has exceeded 30 % on 2 January 2008. Jari Sarasvuo owns 23.956.600 shares and Isildur Oy 200.000 shares, in total 24.156.600 shares representing 32,39 % of shares and voting rights. As announced earlier, the Finnish Financial Supervision Authority has granted an exemption to Jari Sarasvuo and Isildur Oy regarding the obligation to present a mandatory redemption offer. The terms and conditions of the exemption require that the combined shareholding of Mr. Sarasvuo and Isildur Oy will decline to 30 per cent or under within one (1) year from the date that the new shares have been registered. Quartal Oy Quartal Oy's holding in Trainers' House Plc has decreased to under 5 % as a result of the issue of new shares. Quartal Oy owns 2.094.063 shares and forward trading contracts expiring on 19 September 2008, which correspond 900.000 shares, representing 4,01 % of shares and voting rights.
