Trainers' House Plc's Board of Directors has decided to cancel a total of
7,217,171 own shares held by the company. Trainers' House Plc has acquired the
own shares as a result of the merger between Satama Interactive Plc and
Trainers' House Ltd. The cancellation does not affect the Company's share
capital.
The cancellation of shares is estimated to be entered into the Trade Register
on 7 March 2008. Cancelling these own shares will decrease the number of shares
to 67,574,258.
