Learning Center" as part of the company's participation in WARM2Kids. The new Workscape-sponsored
center is located at the Westborough, Mass. branch of the YMCA. On hand to
launch the WARM2Kids Learning Center were Celtics champion and WARM2Kids
founder, M.L. Carr, Workscape senior vice president, Ed Hurley-Wales,
Workscape CEO Tim Clifford and Kathryn Zingg Hunter, president and CEO,
Robert E. Maynard, Jr., chairman of the Board of Directors and Lori
Bastien, executive director, all of the YMCA of Central Massachusetts.
WARM2Kids Technology and Learning Centers are a community reinvestment
project spearheaded by WARM2Kids president & CEO, M.L. Carr. The
organization, in conjunction with local sponsors such as Workscape, donates
computers and a technology center to youth organizations nationwide.
As a special tribute to Workscape's donation as well as its long-standing
support of WARM2Kids, a reception held at Workscape's Marlborough, Mass.
headquarters preceded the YMCA-based ribbon cutting ceremony. During the
reception, M.L. Carr presented Workscape CEO Tim Clifford with an Exemplary
Role Model award, in grateful recognition of the company's efforts. A
special WARM2Kids guest and role model -- NFL legend Doug Flutie --
delighted Workscape employees with his visit, during which Clifford
presented him with a check for the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation
for Autism.
