Propalms, Inc. Achieves Record Sales Transaction Volume

Sales Transactions Increased 45 Percent for March 2008, as Compared to March 2007


MALTON, England, April 3, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Propalms, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PRPM) is pleased to announce that the Company has achieved record sales transaction volume. The Company increased its sales transactions by 45 percent for March 2008, which generated $99,186, as compared to March 2007, which generated $68,216. The significant increase can be attributed to additional customers, such as Inter Access, AFE Holdings and Visionquest, amongst others, and increased license renewals and maintenance contracts with existing customers.

Propalms is pleased to announce that the Company was invited by Microsoft to attend the 2008 Microsoft Launch Wave Event at the Dallas Convention Center in Dallas on April 8, 2008. Propalms will be exhibiting its TSE software in the Microsoft Partner Pavilion. The Company was invited to join a series of launch events to celebrate Microsoft's new Windows Server 2008, Visual Studio 2008 and SQL Server 2008.

Propalms' revenue is derived from new license sales, expansion licenses to existing customers, as well as annual renewals of licenses and maintenance contracts. The Company has made the decision to take the conservative approach that complies fully with U.S. GAAP accounting rules. Propalms, Inc.'s accounts are based on revenue recognition in accordance with Software Revenue Recognition SOP 97-2. Revenue is based upon a subscription model and the revenue amount is deferred over the life of the license and maintenance contract.
