Energy Lawyer Joins King & Spalding

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - May 20, 2008) - King & Spalding, a leading international law
firm, announced today that Robert George, an energy and transactional
lawyer with considerable experience representing clients in Brazil and
Latin America, joined its global transactions practice as a counsel in the
firm's Houston office. He joined King & Spalding from Koch Industries,
Inc., where he counseled Koch in complex structured finance and financial
trading and hedging transactions.

George's practice focuses on energy, infrastructure, commodities, finance
and corporate matters. For more than 20 years, he has advised large public
and private companies on multi-billion dollar international acquisitions
and divestitures, development and financing of infrastructure projects,
securitization of financial assets and regulatory filings in the United
States and abroad.
George received a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law
and a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
