(Pink Sheets:PRPM) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a new distribution agreement with Y-B Initiatives & Projects, which specializes in developing and improving IT solutions for diverse companies. Y-B Initiatives & Projects plans to distribute Propalms' TSE software, enabling Propalms to expand its outreach to the Middle East, a previously untapped geographical market for the Company.

Y-B Initiatives & Projects operates primarily in Israel and Romania, and is expanding into other countries. Its clients include: Storwize, a data compression specialist based in Israel; Encore-USA, a networking solutions company; and Chip PC, a leading manufacture of low-cost, centrally-managed computers. Y-B Initiatives & Projects also works with leading computer equipment manufacturers including HP, IBM, Dell and Acer, specializing in the deployment of full IT environments to enhance performance and reduce maintenance costs.
