(Nasdaq:PRXI) announced today that its Board of Directors has re-appointed Arnie Geller as Premier's Executive Chair, a position he held between September 2007 and March 2008. Mr. Geller, who also serves as Premier's Chairman of the Board of Directors, has served as a Director of Premier since May 1999.
Said Mr. Geller, "I believe Premier Exhibitions has a bright future and I am energized by my return to an active role in its day-to-day management. One of the first tasks I intend to take on as Executive Chair is to conduct a thorough review of the Company's business operations and its organizational and management structure."
The Company also announced that it will not be presenting at the Noble Financial Equity Conference in Las Vegas on August 18, 2008.
