Trainers' House simplifies its corporate structure and will stop using the name
and the brand of Satama by the end of the year 

Satama Interactive Plc and Trainers' House Oy merged at the end of 2007. After
the merger the company was named Trainers' House Plc.  The name Satama remained
in use for Satama Finland Oy and Satama MST Oy and for marketing purposes for
certain service products. 

After the merger the company has started integrating and reorganizing the
operations of the combined companies. All operations will be restructured into
one solid entity with a mission to help its customers to grow. The post-merger
integration has proceeded well and therefore Trainers' House simplifies its
corporate structure and branding. 

To simplify the corporate structure, three wholly owned subsidiaries of
Trainers' House Plc: Satama MST Oy, Fimentor Oy and Seiren Solutions Oy, as
well as the Uncles Oy, wholly owned subsidiary of Satama Finland Oy, will be
merged to Satama Finland Oy approximately by 31.12.2008. The name Satama
Finland Oy will be changed to Trainers' House Growth System Corporation. 

At the same time active use of the name Satama will end. Combining Trainers'
House's and Satama's concepts of training, marketing & communications and
information technologies has reached the point where two separate brands are no
longer needed.
