BEIJING and CLAREMONT, Calif., Sept. 17, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (OTCBB:KWBT) announced that Kiwa Bio-Tech has signed a Strategic Cooperation Memo with Jiangsu Technology Union Eco-Fertilizer Co., Ltd ("Lian Bang") on Sep 10, 2008 in Beijing.
Kiwa and Lian Bang will cooperate by developing new products, improving capacity utilization, expanding their marketing network and in other ways. Lian Bang will adopt bio-bacterium developed by Kiwa to produce ecological fertilizers. Kiwa may consign Lian Bang to produce fertilizer if needed. Meanwhile, both parties will market and popularize ecological fertilizer products by using the prospective marketing network resources for each partner.
Lian Bang was created through a joint venture investment by CK Life Sciences International (Holdings) Inc. and China Red Sun Group Co., Ltd. It is a Chinese-foreign Equity Joint Venture that creates a dynamic model of scientific and technological innovation.
