HARRISBURG, Pa., Sept. 23, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Harsco Corporation (NYSE:HSC) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.195 per share, or $0.78 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable November 14, 2008 to stockholders of record as of October 14, 2008.
The dividend represents the 234th consecutive quarterly dividend paid to Harsco stockholders at the same or increased rate. The Company has paid dividends every year since 1939, including dividend increases in each of the past 14 years.
