Former IBM Global Technology Services Manager to Bring Added Dimension to SharedXpertise and HROA Member Services in Europe

EDISON, NJ--(Marketwire - November 6, 2008) - SharedXpertise Forums, a division of Crossing Media, LLC, today announced the appointment of Faye Holland to head its EU operations. She will also serve as the Executive Director for the HROA's European Chapter. Holland assumes the role from her previous position as Marketing and Communications Manager, MBPS Europe for IBM Global Technology Services, where she designed actionable marketing communications programs based on specific business commitments.

During her tenure at IBM, Holland managed budgets and timelines for numerous pan-European initiatives, and orchestrated these projects across teams, sectors and geographies to drive acceptance. She also led the efforts to build a community model for MBPS, which doubled in adoption in the first nine months. Earlier in her career, she was the marketing communications director for UUNET, where she managed a team of 11 professionals. She is an honors graduate of Anglia University.

Richard Crespin, SharedXpertise's President of Member Services and the HROA's Global Executive Director, said, "We never want to be a 'visitor' in the markets in which we operate. That's why we're ecstatic to add a highly skilled professional like Faye Holland to head-up our European operations. Faye's deep experience in professional and outsourcing services in EMEA will bring new depth to our services and benefits for our members."

Holland shared, "The HROA has shaped the HRO industry and garnered a strong following among buyers, sellers and industry influencers. With HRO World Europe coming up this month, I'm looking forward to meeting our EMEA members and working with them to develop and deliver the programs that meet their needs."
