    Jeff Hoogenboom to the role of company senior vice president of 
    worldwide sales. 
 -- Mr. Hoogenboom now leads the company's OEM, channel, end user and 
    geographic sales teams and is responsible for Emulex's global 
    sales strategy.

    experience to the company with his years at LSI Corporation, 
    Intel and Cadence Design Systems.
