Alliance Bank Promotes Cindy Cole to Chief Information Officer


ST. PAUL, MN--(Marketwire - January 27, 2009) - Alliance Bank, a privately owned community bank with over $600 million in assets, announced that Cindy Cole has been promoted to chief information officer (CIO). In this position, Cindy is responsible for the overall operations of the bank including data processing, item processing and information technology.

Cindy has worked for the Reim family since 1979, and has held various positions in all aspects of operations. Cindy's most recent positions included senior vice president of operations and vice president of operations.

Cindy currently serves as chairman for the Upper Midwest User Group for Metavante Corporation, a billion dollar banking and payment technology company, and is a committee member for the Metavante User Planning Committee. She has also co-authored several market analysis white papers for Metavante.
