Propalms, Inc.'s Shareholders Overwhelmingly Re-Elect the Board of Directors to Another Term and Retain Audit Firm


ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 30, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Propalms, Inc. (OTCBB:PRPM) is pleased to announce that their shareholders overwhelmingly re-elected the board of directors to another term at today's second annual shareholder meeting, which was held at the Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs Hotel. The Company's CEO, Owen Dukes, and President, Robert Zysblat, along with independent outside director Nakul Sood, continue to make up Propalms' board of directors. The shareholders of Propalms also ratified the appointment of Kabani and Company as the Company's independent auditors.

After today's shareholder meeting, Owen Dukes gave a presentation about the Company's plans for the future, as well as summarized the solid growth that the Company achieved during 2008. Propalms announced version 6.0 of their TSE product during the first quarter of 2008, which, in conjunction with Microsoft's launch of their Windows Server 2008, was well received in the IT community. During 2008, Propalms sold a total of 25,974 new licenses of their TSE software, including 3470 new licenses in December.

Mr. Dukes also emphasized Propalms' plans to leverage their sales growth over the last two years to establish a strong foundation and sales momentum for 2009. Mr. Dukes also stated that Propalms has just concluded its strongest sales quarter to date.
