The Nectar Converged Management Platform (nectar/CMP) version 3.0 offers innovative features for enterprise clients and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Nectar has also announced a new offering for its Channel Partner Resellers targeted at the Small Business market.

Users of nectar/CMP will now benefit from advanced Quality of Service (QoS) Monitoring for voice networks and a new Automated Inventory module. The 3.0 release also includes a significant feature for Nectar's channel of Managed Service Providers (MSPs), which empowers them to remotely initiate call tracing functions and store troubleshooting information.

--  Advanced VoIP QoS Monitors
    The sophisticated Quality of Service monitoring helps companies to
    better view and isolate voice quality throughout the enterprise with
    localized collections and centralized reporting.  This includes the
    ability categorize calls and alarm on different groupings, such as
    trunks versus Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).  As a result, nectar/CMP
    reporting pinpoints voice quality issues more quickly and accurately.

--  Automated Inventory Module
    The Auto-Inventory feature captures changes to the monitored
    infrastructure and intuitively updates the changes in the monitoring
    platform, hence ensuring that monitoring and management are always
    synonymous with the inventory and settings of a businesses
    infrastructure.

    Channel Partner operators can now remotely initiate call tracing
    functions and centrally store advanced troubleshooting information.
    This arms operators with advanced analysis and historical information
    critical for diagnosis and holding vendors accountable for Service
    Level Agreements (SLAs).
