Silicon Valley CFO Consulting Firm Continues to Expand

announced today the addition of a new partner to the consulting firm,
bringing the total number of partners to 20.
FLG's newest partner, Chris Dier, is a veteran CFO with significant
management and operating experience in both public and private companies.

experience. Presently, Mr. Dier serves as Chief Financial Officer for
Solaria Corp., a next-generation solar technology leader in Fremont, CA.
Formerly, Mr. Dier was the CFO of OuterBay Technologies, where he was
instrumental in its acquisition by Hewlett-Packard; the CFO of iBeam
Broadcasting Corp.; the CFO of Aurum Software, Inc.; and the CFO of Veritas
Software Corp., where he led that company's IPO.
Mr. Dier holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities and an M.B.A. from
Santa Clara University.
