Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this Notice on behalf of Simpson Financial Limited ("SFL").
SFL has received notification about its allocation in the rights issue in Thinfilm. Furthermore, SFL sold 390,000 shares in Thinfilm on 8 June 2009 at Oslo Axess at the prevailing market rates on the day.
Following the allocation and the sale, SFL holds 14,301,055 shares corresponding to 10.87 per cent of the new expanded share capital and votes in Thinfilm.
SFL also holds 14,094,433 warrants in Thinfilm.
