Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this Notice on behalf of Honeychurch Assets Limited ("Honeychurch").
Honeychurch has received notification about its allocation in the rights issue in Thinfilm.
Following the allocation, Honeychurch holds 11,662,938 shares corresponding to 8.86 per cent of the new expanded share capital and votes in Thinfilm.
Honeychurch also holds 11,612,938 warrants in Thinfilm.
