Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this Notice on behalf of Food International Limited ("Food").
Food has received notification about its allocation in the rights issue in Thinfilm.
Following the allocation, Food holds 10,504,159 shares corresponding to 7.98 per cent of the new expanded share capital and votes in Thinfilm.
Food also holds 9,738,798 warrants in Thinfilm.
