Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this Notice on behalf of Simpson Financial Limited ("SFL").
SFL has recently disclosed that it holds 14,301,055 shares and 14,094,433 warrants in Thinfilm. The shares correspond to 10.87 per cent of the share capital and votes in Thinfilm after the rights issue where allocation took place on 5 June 2009.
Thinfilm announced on 9 June 2009 that it has resolved a private placement of 14,000,000 shares to one shareholder. Following that latest expansion of the share capital, SFL's shareholding above will correspond to 9.82 per cent of the share capital and votes in Thinfilm.
