(Pink Sheets:EBOF) (the "Company") today announced that it has received confirmation from NASDAQ OMX that the Company's name change will become effective on June 16, 2009 (originally announced on May 1, 2009). At that time a new ticker symbol will become effective. The Company will announce the new ticker as soon as it receives notification of the symbol, likely by Monday of next week.
Additionally, NASDAQ OMX has confirmed that the stock dividend announced on May 29, 2009 will be effective on June 16, 2009, at which time all shareholders on record as of June 10, 2009 will be issued one additional share of common stock for every common share held.
