Reference is made to the notice on 9 June 2009 regarding a private placement in Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm"). Thinfilm hereby announces that the share capital increase associated with the private placement has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new shares will be admitted to trading on Oslo Axess as soon as Oslo Børs has approved the Prospectus that are required in order for the new securities to be admitted to trading on Oslo Axess.
Following the share capital increase, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK 16,018,491.94 divided into 145,622,654 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
