Take Part in An Enchanted Lost Odyssey in The Swords of Athos -- New Fantasy Book Follows the Exploits of a Group of Adventurers Who Seek to Free the Universe and Its Inhabitants From the Clutches of Evil Wizards

Huntington, W.Va., July 28, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Life without freedom is truly no life at all. From the pages of history, literature, and entertainment, oppression is often an element of evil that later leads to an uprising from those who seek freedom. This theme fuels the captivating imagination of authors Edwin F. Roble, Jr. and David M. Lilly in The Swords of Athos, their new fantasy book released through self-publishing leader Xlibris.

The Swords of Athos is set in a universe ruthlessly ruled by evil wizards. The story begins when a band of adventurers is sent out by the mythical gods to search for seven magical swords -- tools they believe would help them defeat the evil wizards and restore order to the worlds that were enslaved and terrorized. Their journey carries them from ice worlds to densely wooded lands inhabited by strange groups of people, ghosts, nymphs, beasts, dinosaurs, dragons, and sea denizens. Join this group of brave men as they stare down constant dangers and obstacles during their long quest to bring order back to the universe.

Filled with action and mysticism, The Swords of Athos will give both casual readers and fantasy fans countless hours of entertainment. For more information, log on to www.Xlibris.com
