FCIA Showcases 8GFC and FCoE Solutions At Storage Networking World 2009

FCIA Sponsored Panel Brings Together Leading Vendors to Discuss FCoE Benefits


PHOENIX, Oct. 12, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Storage Networking World -- The Fibre Channel Industry Association (FCIA) today announced that it will exhibit demonstrations around 8GFC (Gigabit Fibre Channel) and Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE). Demonstrations will take place in booth #1200 at Storage Networking World (SNW), October 12th - 15th, at the JW Marriott in Phoenix, Arizona.

Leading vendors will collaborate on how 8GFC and FCoE technology work together in the data center. Companies supporting this demonstration are: Amphenol, Brocade, Cisco, Emulex, EMC, Intel, LSI, Molex, NetApp, PMC Sierra and QLogic.
