Registration of bond holders will begin at 2.00 pm and the meeting is expected

Participation in the meeting, either in person or by power of attorney,
requires evidence of bond ownership by presenting a print, no more than five
(5) days old, of a deposit statement from VP Securities Services or the account
bank.
