In the dialogue, Fahman and St. John highlighted the scope and magnitude for Philand Ranch's development plans, and point to the first phase, Pointe91, which will become a luxury residence and tourist destination. Especially, they commented on the economic potential of the area, the company's business prospect, and the investment opportunity for international investors. Fahman also mentions the fact that major multi-nationals Hyundai and Kia have 1,500 hectares of land set aside for assembly plants less than 35 kilometers from the site and goes on to say that he believes that China is the big tiger, but Vietnam is the new baby tiger.
