Kellogg Company Declares Regular Dividend of $.375 Per Share


BATTLE CREEK, Mich., Feb. 19, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kellogg Company (NYSE:K) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $.375 per share on the common stock of the Company, payable on March 15, 2010, to shareowners of record at the close of business on March 2, 2010. The ex-dividend date is February 25, 2010. This is the 341st dividend that Kellogg Company has paid to owners of common stock since 1925.
