LOS ANGELES, March 16, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AssistMed, Inc. today announced it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Definitive Homecare Solutions, Ltd. to develop and offer an interface between AssistMed's Patient Adherence Solutions and Definitive Homecare Solutions' CPR+ patient and business management software designed for specialty pharmacy customer applications. Terms were not disclosed.
