RedChip Visibility Issues Research Update on China Education Alliance

ORLANDO, Fla., April 8, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RedChip Visibility, a division of RedChip Companies, Inc., has issued a research update on China Education Alliance, Inc. (NYSE Amex:CEU), a company offering both online and onsite educational and vocational training and services in China.

Rick Grubbs, CFA, RedChip Research Analyst, reported:

"With revenue growth of over 40% in each of the past two years, it's no surprise that, excluding large or numerous acquisitions, CEU's growth rate would slow somewhat as it did in the fourth quarter. It stands to reason that without acquisitions, a company can max out on its organic ability to grow revenue due to constraints in marketing, technology, staffing, and a host of other factors."

Grubbs continued: "Our recommendation is that investors continue to view CEU as a portfolio holding. Acquisitions will be a catalyst for the stock, but the timing and size of such plans remain unknown.

We continue to consider CEU undervalued at current levels, however, given our reduced EPS outlook applied we are lowering our rating from Strong Buy to Buy with a reduced target price of $14 per share."
