Hop-on, Inc. Announces Creation of Acquisition Subsidiary Graffiti Partners


LOS ANGELES, April 16, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hop-on, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HPNN) (www.hop-on.com) announced today that it has established a new subsidiary company to hold all of its New Business Acquisitions and Mergers: Graffiti Partners.

Jay Pignatello, President of Hop-on, stated, "The Board recently agreed with our plan to establish independent and distinct revenue streams within Hop-on. Clearly, Hop-on has operated in telecommunications for several years – Graffiti Partners is the initial step in reviving this revenue stream. Hop-on with the subsidiary will be targeting MVNO's, Multi-Level Marketing Companies and various distribution channels to deliver its new and existing products.
