MIDLAND, Mich., May 25, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chemical Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:CHFC) today announced the Board of Directors of the Company declared a second quarter 2010 cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock. The second quarter 2010 dividend will be payable on June 18, 2010, to shareholders of record on June 4, 2010. The ex-dividend date is June 2, 2010.
