SS&C's New SKYLINE Release Offers Three Compelling Features

Streamlined Web Work Requests Portal, Stacking Plan Functionality and Universal Billing Interface

WINDSOR, Conn., May 27, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:SSNC), a global provider of real estate software and software-enabled services, today announced the new release of SKYLINE with expanded capabilities designed to streamline and simplify property management activities. The release includes a web-based work requests portal, parameter driven, color-coded, risk-focused stacking plan, and universal interface to utility billing systems.

"We are excited to offer these new features and functionality," said Bill Stone, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. "These enhancements have been designed to focus on business efficiency and productivity."

The SKYLINE Real Estate Stacking Plan software, developed using SS&C's Heatmaps technology, converts textual data into highly graphical color-coded charts. Real Estate owners, property managers and leasing professionals now have the ability to instantly identify critical data and continuously monitor potential risks. These components are available on a single property or across a portfolio.

The SKYLINE Web Request portal is a web-based tool allowing residents or tenants to manage work requests. Residents can submit requests to the property management firm and, using a simple internet application, monitor the progress.

The SKYLINE Utility Billing Interface establishes an electronic link between a utility billing and submetering provider and SKYLINE. The linkage enables an automatic and seamless two-way exchange of information between SKYLINE and any utility billing software provider.
