Thinfilm issued Warrants to the subscribers of new shares in the rights issue completed in the second quarter of 2009. The Warrants are exercisable in the period 6-31 May 2010 and 1 September-6 November 2010.
Close associates of Morten Opstad exercised on 31 May 2010 399,393 Warrants at a subscription price of NOK 0.11 per share.
