Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this notice on behalf of shareholders A. S. Holding A/S ("Holding"), Audar Sundvall and Rune Sundvall. Holding is held 50/50 by Audar Sundvall and Rune Sundvall.
Thinfilm announced on 1 June 2010 that 93,193,875 Warrants had been exercised in the exercise period 6-31 May 2010. After the exercise has been registered, Thinfilm's share capital will amount to 239,105,029 shares.
Audar Sundvall exercised 1,049,647 Warrants at a price of NOK 0.11 per share.
Following the transaction, Audar Sundvall and close associates but excluding Holding, holds 2,292,224 shares and 0 (nil) Warrants, corresponding to 1.0 per cent of the expanded share capital and votes of Thinfilm.
Following the transaction, Rune Sundvall and close associates but excluding Holding, holds 1,203,099 shares and 1,016,299 Warrants, corresponding to 0.9 per cent of the expanded share capital and votes of Thinfilm.
Following the transaction, Holding and close associates holds 9,060,920 shares and 7,877,920 Warrants, corresponding to 7.1 per cent of the expanded share capital and votes of Thinfilm.
