HARRISBURG, Pa., June 15, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Harsco Corporation (NYSE:HSC) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.205 per share, or $0.82 per share on an annualized basis, payable August 16, 2010 to stockholders of record as of July 15, 2010.
The dividend marks the Company's 238th consecutive quarterly cash dividend to stockholders.
