Reference is made to prior notices regarding the exercise of Warrants in Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") and the share capital increase registered on 17 June 2010.
Upon the first registration, payment was still in transit for some exercised Warrants. Following receipt of the funds, NOK 200,477.97, the additional share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new shares will be delivered in the VPS as soon as practical.
Following the share capital increase, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK 25,963,522.64 divided into 236,032,024 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11. 19,564,675 Warrants remain outstanding. The Warrants are exerciseable in the period 1 September-6 November 2010.
