WILMINGTON, Del., July 13, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WSFS Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:WSFS), the parent company of WSFS Bank, today announced the beginning of its 2nd Annual Pet Photo Contest across its 36 branch network to find two winners.
WSFS Bank will donate $1 to the Delaware Humane Association (DHA) for every checking account opened at any WSFS branch from July 16 – 31, 2010.
Customers and non-customers who submit a current photograph of their favorite pet will be entered to win one of two categories. The first category is "Best in Show". The winner of this category will win a $100 gift certificate to Concord Pet Foods and Supplies, a professional pet photo shoot and their pet will be featured on an upcoming direct mail piece sent to 200,000 households. The second category is "Funny". The winner of the "Funny" category will receive a $100 gift certificate to Concord Pet Foods and Supplies. The winners will be selected by the DHA in early August.
