July Issue of LAX Connection E-Newsletter Available


LOS ANGELES, July 27, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The July issue of the LAX Connection E-newsletter is now available online at http://www.lawa.org/connectionLAX.aspx. The newsletter provides information and news about Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) passenger services and new air service to the public and the travel-tourism industry.

This month's issue features news on the reopening of Theme Building Observation Deck; a new art exhibit in Terminal 1, My Toy Robots; LAX receiving a Silver Award for "Best U.S. Airport;" a street project to mitigate LAX construction traffic; the start of American Airlines check-in device; an additional daily nonstop flight by Copa Airlines to Panama; new nonstop air service by Delta Airlines to North Carolina and Japan; and possible Virgin America service to Cancun.
