MoqiZone Holding Corporation Announces Movie Game Joint Operation Partners


SHANGHAI, CHINA--(Marketwire - July 29, 2010) - MOQIZONE HOLDING CORPORATION (OTCBB: MOQZ), a leading digital entertainment delivery platform company that delivers last mile gaming connectivity to internet cafés across China via its proprietary MoqiZone Network, today announced that it entered into agreements with Sichuan Zhongxin Century Net Technology (a China Telecom affiliate company) and Chengdu Guo Tao Cultural, pursuant to which MoqiZone granted the two companies rights to jointly operate MoqiZone's first movie game Flirting Scholar 2, which was launched for close-beta testing on July 9, 2010. Sichuan Zhongxin is an online game company operating a game platform on the Sichuan China Telecom broadband subscribers. Chengdu Guo Tao is a licensed broadband connecting company as well as a telecom value added service provider in Sichuan.

The game, specially designed and named after the upcoming comedy, is the first movie game to be launched together with a Chinese movie. MoqiZone developed and planned the game with the team of movie producers, directors and cast, and was officially granted exclusive publishing rights in mainland China by the movie company, Win's Entertainment.
