nSight Announces Innovative Training Rewards Program

Content Development and Communications Services Firm to Offer Free Training Workshops to Clients, Contractors, and Unemployed Greater Boston Residents

BURLINGTON, MA--(Marketwire - August 11, 2010) - nSight, Inc., a content development and communications services firm, today announced a new Training Rewards Program that enables nSight clients to earn free instructor-led training to improve writing, editing, design, or production skills in exchange for using nSight staffing or project services.

The nSight Training Rewards Program provides a free day of training (a $325 value) to clients who hire an nSight content development or production specialist for at least 30 hours, or who sign a fixed-fee project of at least $2,500. Vouchers will be issued to the hiring contacts and redeemable by anyone in the company, giving client executives total flexibility on how best to leverage the program internally and maximize its value.

Freelance contractors who have been screened and qualified by nSight to be placed on staffing assignments will also be able to attend workshops for free -- and sign up for as many as they would like to take, subject to seating availability.

In addition, in an effort to give back to the Greater Boston community and provide unemployed residents an opportunity to hone their skills, nSight announced that 25 percent of the seats in its public workshops will be reserved for unemployed residents of Greater Boston, at no cost and with no obligation.

nSight is working in partnership with The Career Place of Woburn, MA, a comprehensive employment and career services organization managed by Middlesex Community College. The Career Place will assist with providing screening of unemployed adult job seekers interested in attending nSight workshops. Unemployed individuals interested in nSight's free training opportunity should contact The Career Place directly at 781-932-5500.

"We're very excited to launch our new Training Rewards Program, which will effectively double nSight's value to our clients," said Tom LeBlanc, president and CEO of nSight, Inc. "nSight offers content development and communications specialists with deep expertise in developing educational, training, marketing, and documentation products. We're now offering clients who take advantage of this program enhanced value by providing free access to our hands-on, instructor-led public workshops and corporate training programs."

LeBlanc added that one of nSight's guiding principles as a company is to give back to the local community, and offering free access to training could help many unemployed residents acquire a skill or proficiency in demand to help them re-enter the workforce.

nSight's temporary communications staffing resources are designed to meet both immediate and longer-term needs. nSight's highly experienced talent pool includes specialists in eLearning, publishing, marketing communications, technical documentation, multimedia, and more.
